Departing Dodik's Dayton

Reducing the decision of the US administration to a clear beginning of the end of the political significance and role of Milorad Dodik in the process of implementing Dayton, only to the alleged stance of the Obama administration, speaks more about the strength and network of Dodik's obstructionist-lobbying team than about the facts.

For more than eight years, the United States has largely relied on the political favoritism of the Laktasi social democrat for its own Dayton project.

Simultaneously with American hopes, first covertly and then incitingly openly, Dodik, along with his mentors, created and implemented a project of forging and destroying Dayton.

Thus, the lobbying and propaganda project of the "Agreed State" was born.

The conflict between two Daytons—the real one created in Dayton and signed in Paris, and the false one created in the dark chambers of Greater Serbian nationalism and translated into the "Agreed State" project on the American-Belgrade-Moscow lobbying lines—produced effects of powerlessness and stagnation in Bosnia, with the intention of undermining it to the desired point of an "impossible and failed state."

If US sanctions against Dodik achieve a departing effect on the lobbying monster of the "Agreed State," defeat it and subordinate it to the effects of the rule of law (the constitutional inviolability of Dayton), Bosnia can exceptionally quickly and painlessly exit the Dayton phase and transition to the Brussels phase of its own statehood.

The meaning and effects of the imposed sanctions will be verifiable and proportionate precisely to the speed and decisiveness of eradicating the politics and effects of the departing lobbying monster.

The guarantors of Dayton, but also the Dayton parties (Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina), are precisely those who must recognize the perniciousness of the departing Dodik project within the obstructionist mechanism of the project they guarantee and in whose creation they voluntarily participated in '95.

No matter how much Obrad Kesić, an important political Dodik lobbyist in the USA, reduces the sanctions to merely a "departing" US administration, it is clear that this is just a brazen fraud and spin. This fraud is primarily intended for the manipulation of the Serbian people in the RS, and its short breath will also be a painful grounding for the manipulated.

The departing "Agreed State" undermines the concept of obstructing Dayton, and along with it, removes from the political stage a sick anti-Bosnian idea, doomed to failure from the outset.

The departing Dodik project lasted precisely until the Hague measure of deciphering the character of the Bosnian war. The final Hague verdicts proved the Joint Criminal Enterprise, and these sanctions are the first effect of condemning the consequences and policies that gave birth to it and are still being implemented.

The departing political fraud is nothing other than an Extended Joint Criminal Enterprise in an attempt to certify the results of the adjudicated Joint Criminal Enterprise.

No matter how much in the last political gasp Dodik and his clique try to diminish the significance of the imposed sanctions, trivialize them, and reduce them to the measure of personal relations with the current US ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, this is still just a reflection of defeat, fear, and the spasm of the departing, already dead, lobbying monster of the "Agreed State."

The swan song into a nosedive and political darkness also drags its singers. The conflict between two Daytons is ending; the false Dayton, together with its creators, will still be punished by the deliberately manipulated Serbian people in the RS. Unfortunately, the consequences of its effects are most painfully borne by the citizens of the RS themselves.

Satisfaction must be given to them.
