Response to Marina Pendeš: Neither flexible nor specific, but as you undertook the Tallinn obligation!

The Tallinn principles do not recognize vital national interest. "US Deputy Secretary of Defense Shanahan Patrick, as well as other interlocutors, expressed hope that BiH will advance its own efforts in achieving the set goals (read: Tallinn)."

The three-day visit of the BiH Minister of Defense Marina Pendeš to the US, with a rich protocol, primarily aimed to try to appease interlocutors regarding the possibility of activating the Membership Action Plan (MAP) through a "flexible approach" model.

This model did not entail the consistent implementation of the Tallinn principles from 2009.

The model of so-called flexibility did not entail the registration of military locations in the RS to the state of BiH.

From the above-cited part of the statement of the BiH Ministry of Defense, it is clear that the Tallinn task is not and cannot be subject to reduction and compromise dialogue with NATO partners.

Despite the clear stance of the partners, the minister continues to try to obtain the task left to her by her party superior Dragan Čović, as a proven lobbyist for the interests of his strategic partner Milorad Dodik.

Upon receiving the new Ambassador of France Guillaume Rousson and the military attaché of the French Embassy in BiH for a courtesy visit today, during the part of the conversation related to the activation of Bosnia's MAP path, the minister emphasized "specificities related to the registration of military property." Thus, the request for flexibility was converted into a political-opportunistic determinant of "specificities." The goals have not changed, and the stance of NATO and US leaders, with visible optimism, has begun to soften by the Chairman of the Presidency of BiH Dragan Čović. This time, the actual principal is changing the courier.

At the same time, another part of the "Flexibility" operation is taking place. Milorad Dodik announces the introduction and adoption of an act in the National Assembly of the RS that would suspend the previously given consent of the RS for BiH's NATO path.

It is clear that behind the story of alleged national interest for a coordinated path of all Serbs towards NATO lies a serious criminal-corrupt story committed against state property from succession.

Flexibility is merely a means by which criminal offenses committed by structures from the RS, as well as those from the territory of the para-state Herceg-Bosna, are sought to be concealed.

The entire story is malevolently conceived in the devilish dance of tycoon and power-holder structures. The interests were mutual, satisfied by wealth acquired from property belonging to others and a projected change in the constitutional-legal character of BiH to the point of its disappearance.

That is why Milorad and Dragan invoke the union of ethnic republics, revive the defeated para-states from the 90s, and persistently call the administrative Dayton arrangements a state. That's how it happened one night in Belgrade. However, these are just Dodik's wet dreams.
