There is no agreement from the RS entity on the adoption of laws in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is neither needed nor will it ever be needed. And what you call voting or not voting by members of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina from one territorial, or electoral unit, is the entity's agreement, that is your problem. It is your long-standing effort to call Bosnia and Herzegovina a composed state, as ordered from Belgrade.
Staša Košarac also objects to the fact that the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, will meet only with the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers, Ms. Borjana Krišto, and that, as he says, "she will not have the opportunity to hear a realistic overview of the relations in BiH in the Council of Ministers, because ministers from the Republika Srpska are not planned for the meeting, although usual practice dictates that members of the Council of Ministers from all three constituent peoples be present at meetings with high officials."
Well, Mr. Košarac, you see that this is acceptable and that it is common practice all over the world for prime ministers to meet with prime ministers, heads of state with heads of state, because they do not have time to turn serious state affairs into tent gatherings.
As for the presence of malicious and untrue narratives about the Republika Srpska and its leadership, which you mention, they are the product and creation of the RS entity leadership and no one else. And your priorities and insistence on them, by setting them as a condition for everything else, well, we have our priorities too, Košarac. What about them? Should we ignore them? That won't work!
Košarac says that the Republika Srpska supports the agreement of the two entities and three constituent peoples, without international interventionism. Remember one thing, Košarac, and not just you, but all elected representatives in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbs, Bosniaks, and Croats, there is no agreement of entities or constituent peoples when it comes to decision-making in these institutions. Then, in those institutions, there is only the agreement of elected representatives and nothing more.
I also think that the European Union has recognized your efforts to resolve the issue of closing the OHR, not by fulfilling the necessary conditions and goals, but by passing laws in the entity assembly that stipulate that you will not publish the decisions of the High Representative and will not implement the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Your commitment to the European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been particularly recognized, especially from the recent statement of Mr. Dodik, who again wants to try to create a Greater Serbia. And he cannot even attempt it, let alone achieve it, without war. Pathetic and sad. One generation in two wars for one unattainable goal.
And you know what, Mr. Košarac, when someone persistently tries to make a fool of someone for a long period, they end up being a fool themselves, only they are too pathetic to see it.
