Response to the City of Stolac: The FBiH Construction Law invoked by Stjepan Bošković was repealed 15 years ago

(Patria) - Following the statement by the City of Stolac, which claims that criminal charges will be filed against all participants in the construction of the harem, we point out that the FBiH Construction Law invoked by Mayor Stjepan Bošković was repealed 15 years ago, which once again shows that he is a legally incompetent person and a political manipulator, state from the Municipal Organization of the SDA Stolac in response to the statement by the City of Stolac.

We emphasize that the story about the construction of the harem and the filing of criminal charges is an attempt to divert public attention from the real problems, which are: the sale of state land and the issuance of questionable permits for solar power plants on Komanj brdo and Hodovo.

We remind that the Municipal Court in Čapljina has already issued a decision rejecting the City of Stolac's request for registration of ownership rights over plots on Komanj brdo that are state property. The question arises as to how much damage the Budget of the City of Stolac will suffer if investors sue the City due to permits that could, quite certainly, be annulled.

The arbitrary and irresponsible behavior of Mayor Bošković, which has escalated in recent years by denying Bosniaks basic human rights, contributes the most to the deterioration of inter-ethnic relations and the security situation in Stolac, while the City's statement tendentiously claims that support for the construction of the harem harms relations.

We call on the competent institutions to react to the obvious abuses and prevent further damage caused by Mayor Bošković's actions, both to investors and consequently to the budget of the City of Stolac and its citizens.
