(Patria) - The Municipal Court in Sarajevo informed the media that today's preparatory hearing in the case against Muriz Memić, and by Alisa Mutap's lawsuit for defamation, has been cancelled because all lawyers are currently at the Court of BiH where a hearing is being held on the extension of custody for Zijad Mutap and Hasan Dupovac in the "Dženan Memić" case.
The date of the new hearing is not known.
In her lawsuit, Mutap stated that she is seeking 3,000 KM in non-material damages. Namely, she believes that Memić defamed her in his media appearances. Mutap was with Dženan on February 8, 2016, when he was seriously injured.
