Sessions of both houses of the Federal Parliament postponed

(Patria) - The session of the Federal House of Peoples, which was scheduled for December 5, has been postponed to December 9.

This was announced on the website of the House of Peoples, which stated that the session is being postponed at the request of the FBiH Government. However, the specific reasons for the postponement were not specified.

The proposed agenda remains the same, with two laws announced to be sent to parliamentary procedure under an expedited process.

These are the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Freshwater Fisheries and the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Income Tax.

In the regular procedure are the amendments to the Law on Nature Protection, the Draft Law on Transaction Fiscalization in FBiH, and the draft laws on social entrepreneurship and protection of whistleblowers.

Something similar happened recently with the House of Representatives when the session announced for November 28 was postponed to December 4.

A day earlier, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dragan Mioković, said that the postponement was also requested by the FBiH Government.

The announced agenda was not changed in this House either, but it was announced that the session was postponed for the harmonization of the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Income Tax.
