(Patria) - The Central Election Commission (CEC) of BiH confirmed at today's session that a total of 327 candidates have been rejected so far from public calls for the appointment of presidents/deputy presidents of polling station committees in basic electoral units in BiH.
As previously announced, around 9,000 candidates met the requirements of the public call, and they are currently undergoing training to be ready for the 2024 Local Elections, which will be held on October 6th.
The final list of confirmed candidates will be published after all checks are completed and the final number of candidates for presidents and deputy presidents of polling station committees is determined.
