The Appellate Panel of the Court of BiH rejected all appeals in the Stolac case, and the decisions have already been forwarded to the Central Election Commission. This means that Salmir Kaplan's name has been removed from the candidate list for mayor, writes Patria.
Demir Mahmutćehajić, Ahmet Ljubović, and Božo Raguž have been removed from the lists for the Municipal Council.
These candidates, as well as the parties that nominated them, will be financially sanctioned, confirmed by the CEC.
