Significant drop in temperature and precipitation from Tuesday

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - From Tuesday, the BiH territory will be under the influence of a frontal disturbance from the north of the continent, announced the Federal Meteorological Institute.

Humid and colder air will cause predominantly cloudy weather, a significant drop in temperature, and precipitation.

Precipitation will be in the form of rain in lower areas, and sleet and snow are forecast for higher areas.

Partial clearing and stabilization of weather conditions, as well as colder mornings in Bosnia, are expected from Thursday (06.02.).

Morning air temperatures in Bosnia will drop and range from 3°C to 9°C (Tuesday) and from -8°C to -3°C (from Thursday).

In Herzegovina, minimum temperatures are predicted up to 13°C on Tuesday and 2°C on Thursday.

Maximum temperatures in Bosnia by the end of the week up to 4°C and in Herzegovina up to 9°C. According to available synoptic maps, new precipitation is expected in the middle of next week.

Towards the end of the forecast period, an increase in air temperature is possible.
