From July 16, 2023, the duty of the Chairman of the BiH Presidency, by rotation, for the next eight months will be taken over by member of the BiH Presidency from the Croat people Željko Komšić.
This rotation takes place based on Article V, paragraph (2) b. of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in connection with Article 5, paragraph (2) of the Rules of Procedure of the Presidency of BiH.
