UKCS Eye Clinic receives AVISIO S ultrasound device

The UKCS Clinic for Eye Diseases received the AVISIO S ultrasound device on Tuesday, November 17, partly funded by donors and partly with the support of UKCS management, reports the BH News Agency Patria.

This is the most modern device in the field of ultrasound diagnostics of the eye and orbit according to the standardized method of Prof. Karl Ossoinig, from the company Qantel Medical.

In cooperation with our supplier, the company MESS, and Qantel Medical, a two-day training session was organized with an instructor from France, Mr. Emmanuel Bourèson, which included all ophthalmologists and residents of the Clinic for Eye Diseases.

We hope that this modern, highly sophisticated diagnostic device will enable complete and accurate diagnosis of the eye and orbit.
