(Patria) - This morning around 06:20 AM on the M-17 main road, in the village of Donji Hadžići, a traffic accident occurred. A passenger vehicle struck and knocked down a pedestrian.
The pedestrian (born 1951) succumbed to their injuries at the scene of the accident, with death confirmed by an emergency doctor.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
The duty prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office has been notified, and police officers are on site.
Traffic on this section of the road has been completely suspended and is being diverted to alternative routes.
