Suspension of Inter-Entity Train Services to Banja Luka and Bihać

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Railways of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina inform the public that in the period from March 3 to March 12, 2020, there will be a complete suspension of railway passenger traffic in the area of the Railways of Republika Srpska, on the section of the Doboj-Banja Luka railway line.

Inter-entity express trains that regularly operate on the routes Sarajevo – Banja Luka – Sarajevo and Sarajevo – Bihać – Sarajevo will, during the mentioned period, operate only on the route Sarajevo – Doboj – Sarajevo.

The temporary suspension of train services from Doboj towards Banja Luka and Bihać and vice versa is introduced due to the execution of works on the remediation of a landslide on the section of the Doboj – Banja Luka railway line.

In the event of early completion of these works or a possible extension of the works, the public will be informed in a timely manner.
