SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Today, the morning in Bosnia and Herzegovina is expected to be sunnier.

According to the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute, there will be fog or low clouds in the valleys of Bosnia in the morning. Gradual cloud increase in the afternoon, which will cause rain at lower altitudes and snow in the mountains during the night leading to Thursday.

Wind will be light from the south and southeast. During the night leading to Thursday, the south wind will strengthen, and strong gusts are expected. The lowest morning air temperature will be mostly between -9 and -4 degrees Celsius, and between -2 and 3 degrees Celsius in the southern parts of the country. The highest daily air temperature will be mostly between 0 and 5 degrees Celsius, and up to 10 degrees Celsius in the southern parts of the country.

In Sarajevo, there will be light to moderate cloudiness. The morning air temperature will be around -7 degrees Celsius, and the highest daily temperature will be around 1 degree Celsius.

After a more stable and predominantly sunnier morning, the general situation will gradually worsen. During the morning hours, it is necessary to pay attention to clothing and protection from the cold, given that temperatures will drop after a clearer night. The rest of the day, with the approaching change in weather, sensitive individuals will experience an exacerbation of symptoms related to their illnesses. It will partially warm up, which will slightly mitigate the negative effects of the cyclone's passage. Reactions such as headaches and rheumatic pains are possible, with the strengthening of the south wind, and sleep problems during the night.

Tomorrow, cloudy weather is expected in our country with rain at lower altitudes, and snow in higher areas. Heavier precipitation is forecast for Herzegovina, and central and southwestern parts of Bosnia.

During the night leading to Friday, snow and sleet will fall at lower altitudes in Bosnia. The wind will be mostly light to moderate from the south and southeast. There will be strong gusts of south wind in the morning. In the northern areas, the wind will be light from the north and northwest. The lowest morning air temperature will be mostly between 1 and 5 degrees Celsius, and between 7 and 10 degrees Celsius in the southern parts of the country. The highest daily air temperature will be mostly between 2 and 7 degrees Celsius, and up to 12 degrees Celsius in the southern parts of the country.

On Friday, December 10, 2021, Bosnia and Herzegovina will experience predominantly cloudy weather with precipitation in the morning. Mostly snow or sleet will fall, and rain in the southern parts of the country. The wind will be mostly light from the south. In the northern areas, the wind will be from the north and northwest. The lowest morning air temperature will be mostly between -2 and 2 degrees Celsius, and up to 6 degrees Celsius in the southern parts of the country. The highest daily air temperature will be mostly between 0 and 4 degrees Celsius, and up to 9°C in the southern parts of the country.
