List of business entities in Sarajevo Canton entitled to salary financing published

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Ministry of Economy of Sarajevo Canton today published a list of business entities that have qualified for funds under the public call for financing all or part of the minimum monthly net salary (in FBiH) for July, August, and September 2021, announced on November 10, 2021.

"This public call is the second one we have published as part of the program to help the economy in recovering from the negative economic consequences caused by the coronavirus pandemic. A total of 4,479 business entities applied for this second public call, and 3,820 met the public call's conditions and qualified for financing all or part of the salary for the mentioned months, while 659 business entities did not meet one or more conditions of this call," stated the Minister of Economy Adnan Delić. 

He added that by the decision of the Government of Sarajevo Canton on the amount of the part of the minimum monthly net salary (in FBiH) for July, August, and September 2021, the amount of the part of the minimum monthly net salary is set at 406 KM, which will be paid to business entities that have met the conditions of the public call per employee.

"For the 3,820 business entities that have met the conditions of the Public Call, we will pay funds in the total amount of 7,297,810.60 KM, of which 2,437,259 KM is for July for 8,823 workers, 2,647,932 KM for August for 9,479 workers, and 2,212,091 KM for September for 8,120 workers," the minister specified.

The KS Government notes that business entities have the right to appeal within eight days from the date of publication of the lists on the Ministry's website, and after reviewing the received appeals, the funds will be transferred to the accounts of the business entities.
