Call for songs and performers for the 'Ilidža 2024' Festival announced

(Patria) - BHRT announces a call for songs and performers (including music groups) to participate in the 'Ilidža 2024' Folk Music Festival, which will be held on August 27 and 28, 2024.

Original, unpublished, and unperformed songs written in one of the official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a maximum duration of 4 minutes, are to be submitted for the call.

BHRT will produce all selected compositions (recording performances and preparing material for later broadcasts or use for any agreed purposes), guaranteeing participants of selected compositions a place in one of the festival evenings, a live television and radio broadcast, and representation at the Festival's press conference.

Applicants from all over the world have the right to participate in the call.

Compositions should be sent to the e-mail address: [email protected] in mp3 format as a demo version.

The deadline for submitting compositions is June 17, 2024.

The Festival's selection committee will inform all applicants whether their composition has been accepted no later than June 21, 2024.

Along with the composition, a short biography of the performer and author with photographs, as well as a proposal for the arranger, must be attached.
