Third anniversary of the death of police officer Muhidin Pivodić marked

Today, a delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton, led by Minister Ismir Jusko and Police Commissioner, General Inspector of Police Vahid Ćosić, in the presence of police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton, family members, the mayor of Novi Grad Municipality and the chairperson of the Municipal Council of Novi Grad Municipality Sarajevo, as well as representatives of the Islamic Community and the Serbian Orthodox Church in Sarajevo, laid flowers at the site where police officer Muhidin Pivodić was killed, as well as at his grave in the Bare cemetery, reports the BH News Agency Patria.

As a reminder, Muhidin Pivodić was killed in the Sarajevo settlement of Reljevo on December 31, 2012, while securing the Orthodox Church of the Temple of Saint Nicholas. The Cantonal Court in Sarajevo sentenced Anel Ćemo to a unified prison sentence of 34 years for this murder in May 2014.
