SARAJevo, (Patria) - Families of the killed and representatives of the Association of Parents of Killed Children of Besieged Sarajevo 1992-1995 today marked the 28th anniversary of the suffering of Sarajevo children in Hamdije Kreševljakovića street by laying flowers and reciting Fatiha.
On this day in 1992, during children's play, Aida (Fahrudin) Grozdanović, born 1981, and Eldin (Nijaz) Gvoždar, born 1983, were killed.
For this crime, as well as for many others in Sarajevo in which children were killed, no one has ever been held accountable. During the siege of Sarajevo, 1,601 children were killed.
