Anniversary of the suffering of Bugojno Croats marked

In Bugojno today, the 22nd anniversary of the suffering of the Croat population in this municipality during the conflict in BiH was marked, reports the Patria News Agency.

Friends and relatives laid flowers in front of the memorial at the Sultanovići cemetery, and a memorial mass was held in Bugojno.

The president of the Association of Families of Victims and Missing Persons of Bugojno Croats, Dijana Strujić, reminded that 22 murdered Croats from Bugojno are still being searched for, whose remains have not been found.

The Association does not have exact data on the number of killed and missing Croats from Bugojno; it is estimated that more than 300 people died during the conflict, reports NAP.
