23rd Anniversary of the Death of 9 Residents of Dobrinja Marked

A delegation from the City of Sarajevo, on the occasion of the anniversary of the murder of our fellow citizens at Oslobodilaca Sarajeva Street number 8, in the Novi Grad Municipality, today paid tribute and laid flowers at the site of the tragedy, Patria reports.

Twenty-three years ago, nine of our fellow citizens were killed at this location due to the shrapnel effect of three shells fired from an aggressor's position, while 16 others were seriously and lightly wounded.

On that day, Seida Baličevac, Osman Hebibović, Emin Kolar, Enver Mustagrudić, Muškija Pribinja, Mirsad Spahić, Selima Spahić, Aiša Šito, and Jadranka Tendžera were killed.

In addition to the delegation from the City of Sarajevo, the anniversary commemoration was attended by, among others, representatives of the Sarajevo Canton, the Municipality of Novi Grad, the Association of Parents of Murdered Children of Besieged Sarajevo 1992-1995, the Union of War Victims of Sarajevo Canton, the AntiDayton Movement, and the local community "Dobrinja B".
