15 conditions the European Union must fulfill for the Republika Srpska to accept it

1. In accession negotiations, the existence of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina must be ignored.

2. On the European path, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina must have the function of an office philodendron.

3. Bosnia and Herzegovina is the most specific country in Europe because it includes the Republika Srpska, and this specificity must be fully respected.

4. In accession negotiations, an agreement between leaders of political parties in a cafe, restaurant, or weekend house has the same, and sometimes greater, legal weight as an agreement in the Parliament of BiH.

5. Member of the Presidency of BiH Dragan Čović is the legitimate representative of the interests of the Republika Srpska.

6. The only legitimate representative of the Republika Srpska is President Milorad Dodik.

7. The Republika Srpska is a state in the making, and the European Union must treat it as such at official meetings.

8. Only the Constitutional Court of the Republika Srpska is competent to determine the constitutionality of certain decisions, strategies, and reforms.

9. If proposed decisions, strategies, and reforms conflict with the interests of Russia, the Republika Srpska has the right to reject them.

10. If proposed decisions, strategies, and reforms mean adapting the European Union to the demands of the Republika Srpska, then we have no objection to that.

11. Negotiations on the European Union must be suspended one year before local and general elections.

12. The Serbian Orthodox Church has the right to veto all decisions that are detrimental to Serbian identity and the Serbian national being.

13. The path to the European Union cannot be built with people suspected of war crimes, but it certainly can with those convicted of war crimes.

14. Before any decisions, strategies, and reforms, the European Union must pay 50% of the money from the planned IPA funds, and with the continuation of cooperation, the remainder in two tranches of 25% each over the next two years.

15. All these conditions must be unconditionally met, otherwise, there will be no acceptance of the European Union by the Republika Srpska.
