Not a word about the pool: Modest and grammatically incorrect congratulatory message from Mayor Kordić to Lana Pudar

MOSTAR, (Patria) - Mayor of Mostar Mario Kordić (HDZ BiH) sent a congratulatory message to the best BH swimmer Lana Pudar for winning a bronze medal at the World Championship in Abu Dhabi.

"Lana Pudar is making history. Big congratulations to our Mostarka Lana Pudar and the entire team on the historic bronze at the World Championship", wrote Kordić, whose post is not even grammatically correct because he wrote Mostarka with a lowercase letter.

In the comments that followed, residents of Mostar demanded the construction of an Olympic swimming pool. 

From the Orka club, which is the home club of the young BH swimmer, they demanded today from Kordić, city councilors, and all levels of government to immediately enable the construction of an Olympic swimming pool. 

Although there is a completed project for the construction of an Olympic swimming pool, no official activities have been initiated to date. 

If Lana Pudar were to receive an offer from any other country, the question is how long her love for BiH will keep her here despite the lack of adequate conditions for her further development. 

Our best swimmer received congratulations from numerous athletes, among the first to congratulate were Edin Džeko, Mirza Teletović, the Olympic Committee of BiH, embassies, and politicians.
