RS National Assembly Adopts 13 Conclusions Degrading BiH, Judicial Institutions, Halting EU Path

(Patria) - The National Assembly of Republika Srpska (RS) adopted conclusions early this morning regarding the Information on the collapse of the legal order in BiH through violations of the Dayton Peace Agreement.

These are 13 conclusions proposed by the ruling majority in RS. As stated, the RS National Assembly remains committed to respecting the territory and the divided sovereignty between the entities and BiH.

The Assembly also adopted two conclusions regarding proposed laws from the BiH level, specifically the Law on Border Control and Personal Data.

With the first conclusion, the RS National Assembly obliges the RS Government to initiate a procedure within 30 days for a law that would regulate the procedure for considering issues decided by the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.

This conclusion was proposed by the ruling majority.

Deputies also adopted a conclusion stating: The National Assembly of Republika Srpska tasks the Assembly's Legislative Committee to prepare amendments to the Bill on Personal Data Protection of BiH and to provide an opinion on the Bill on Border Control of BiH, and to submit all of this to the Serb representatives in the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.

These conclusions were adopted following the adoption of the position of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska on the Bill on Personal Data Protection of BiH and the Bill on Border Control of BiH.

One of the conclusions is to halt European integration.

The National Assembly of RS condemned the interference of the BiH Prosecutor's Office in the work of the RS National Assembly.

It also condemned the judicial process against the President of RS Milorad Dodik for non-execution of the High Representative's decisions, and considers that one should not respond to the BiH Court until medically fit.
