NSRS adopted 10 conclusions: Annul all decisions of Schmidt or politicians from RS will leave state institutions and the coalition

(Patria) - The National Assembly of RS voted around midnight for 10 conclusions of the parliamentary groups of SNSD, SP, DEMOS, United Srpska, NPS, and parliamentary groups SPS and DNS.

The following conclusions were adopted:

1. The National Assembly of RS requests that the colonial administration annul all decisions of Christian Schmidt, who falsely presents himself as the High Representative, within seven days;

2. If the first conclusion is not fulfilled, the National Assembly of RS requests that a session of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH be held in the shortest possible period, and that:

- All decisions of Christian Schmidt, who falsely presents himself as the High Representative, be declared inadmissible and void,

- The bodies of BiH be prohibited from implementing these decisions,

- The OHR website be declared an unacceptable and illegal place for the publication of acts,

- The Official Gazette of BiH be prohibited from publishing acts of foreigners and their organizations,

- The Election Law of BiH be adopted at the same session of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, with all improvements concerning electoral integrity and the Central Election Commission be stripped of its unconstitutional powers,

- Political consensus on the further European path of BiH be reached and that this process be significantly accelerated,

- A Declaration be adopted and the territorial integrity of BiH be confirmed;

3. If Conclusion No. 2 of the National Assembly of RS is not respected, the National Assembly of RS requests elected representatives to stop making decisions at the BiH level and not to return to that process

- The National Assembly of RS requests political parties from RS that are in partnership with political parties from FBiH at the BiH level to formally and substantively abandon that partnership,

- The National Assembly of RS will adopt its Declaration and confirm the territorial integrity of BiH as provided for by the Constitution of BiH with two entities and three constituent peoples,

- Republika Srpska will activate all conclusions and decisions of the National Assembly and other institutions and continue to implement them,

- Republika Srpska will withdraw from all agreements (on the army, indirect taxes, HJPC) while respecting the Constitution of BiH.

- The National Assembly of RS will adopt the Election Law of RS,

- Republika Srpska expects the violation of the Dayton Agreement to be confirmed at the upcoming Easter Assembly;

4. Republika Srpska is committed to the full respect and consistent application of international law, the General Framework Agreement for Peace in BiH, and the Constitution of RS;

5. We condemn and reject the unconstitutional actions of parts of the international community, the so-called High Representative, and BiH institutions, which seek to erode the constitutional and legal position of Republika Srpska and strengthen BiH institutions;

6. We condemn and reject the use of the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH as instruments aimed at imposing the application of decisions of the so-called High Representative and the Constitutional Court of BiH that contradict the provisions of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in BiH and its Annexes IV and H;

7. We condemn and reject the use of sanctions by the US Department of the Treasury as a means of pressure on citizens, political parties, and organizations, as well as democratically elected officials of RS, which violate their human rights and freedoms;

8. The use of threats and violence against citizens of RS and its officials, in order to intimidate or force RS to accept the unconstitutional actions of parts of the international community, the so-called High Representative, and BiH institutions, without decisions from the United Nations Security Council, will be considered an act of terrorism;

9. The National Assembly of RS, together with the competent institutions and bodies of RS, will take the necessary measures to protect the rights and freedoms of its citizens and neutralize the consequences of unconstitutional actions on its territory;

10. These conclusions come into force on the day following their adoption.

After the adoption of the conclusions, the 11th special session of the NSRS concluded, and the 12th special session began, which will discuss the Draft Election Law of RS.
