RS National Assembly Adopts Laws Degrading BiH Court, Prosecutor's Office, HJPC, SIPA

(Patria) - The Collegium of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska decided at a phone session on Wednesday evening that the 18th special session of the National Assembly, held at the request of the Government of Republika Srpska, will begin at 3 PM.

The agenda includes:

- Bill on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Republika Srpska, urgent procedure;

- Bill on Non-application of Laws and Prohibition of Functioning of Unconstitutional BiH Institutions (Court, Prosecutor's Office, SIPA), urgent procedure;

- Bill Amending the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska, urgent procedure;

- Bill on the Special Register and Transparency of Non-Profit Organizations, urgent procedure..

The Government of Republika Srpska held its 16th special session last night, where it determined several legal solutions by urgent procedure and sent them for consideration to the National Assembly of Republika Srpska.

Yesterday, Aleksandar Vučić, President of Serbia, also visited Banja Luka, coming to support Milorad Dodik after the BiH Court delivered a guilty verdict, sentencing him to one year in prison and six years of prohibition from holding public office.
