(Patria) - The 19th special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (NSRS) has been scheduled for today in Banja Luka, starting at 11:00 AM, with one item on the agenda - the Proposal of a decision to proceed with the adoption of a new Constitution of RS.

Following that session, the 20th special session has been scheduled, with two items on the agenda - the Draft Constitution of RS and the Proposal of a Law on the Protection of the Constitutional Order of RS - under an urgent procedure, at the proposal of the President of RS Milorad Dodik.

The Proposal of a Law on the Protection of the Constitutional Order establishes the Special Prosecutor's Office of RS for the Protection of the Constitutional Order of RS, the Special Court of RS for the Protection of the Constitutional Order of RS, as well as other "state bodies".

Among the 21 criminal offenses stipulated by this law, there is also "Disrespecting or Failing to Execute Decisions of Institutions or Bodies of RS".

With the new Constitution, the entity of RS declares independence.

There will be no opposition support in RS for this Constitution, as they have warned Dodik that he is leading RS into uncertainty.
