Newly built residential and commercial building "NINA STAN" connected to the Toplane Sarajevo system

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Based on the request of the investor CEMAL-ŠPED d.o.o. for connecting the newly built residential and commercial building "NINA STAN" to the central heating system, Toplane Sarajevo has carried out activities to take over the already built roof gas boiler room with an installed thermal power of 762 kW.

According to the president of the Commission for carrying out activities for the takeover of the boiler room, Zilha Šahović, MSc. Eng. Mech. within the framework of the activities from the Agreement, a review and approval of the detailed mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering project of the boiler room, the detailed mechanical engineering project of the building's central heating installations, the procurement and installation of equipment for remote control and monitoring, and a successful hot test of the boiler room were carried out.

By taking over the boiler room for management and maintenance within Lamela A, B, and C at Bojnička street numbers 1 A and 1 B, the heating of 172 new residential units has begun.
