FK Sarajevo's New Reinforcement, Adnan Šećerović Arrives

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Adnan Šećerović will be one of the key players for Football Club Sarajevo for the next two years.

"I am glad that I have become part of the Maroon collective and I hope that together we will achieve good results, and that I will make the fans proud with my performances on the field," stated Adnan Šećerović, a player with football experience from several countries, characterized by excellent game vision and composure needed by every team.

Sarajevo wants to play attacking football, and Šećerović is an important player for that task.

"Adnan is a perfect reinforcement for our team, both on the field and in the locker room, because he is a great character who is not afraid to take responsibility, especially in playing under pressure, which is exactly what we need at this moment!" stated the president of FK Sarajevo, Ismir Mirvić, and wished Šećerović a welcome to the Club. As he explained, Adnan's presence will support younger players to progress even further with him. Otherwise, Mirvić announced that this is not the end of player arrivals.

The midfielder comes to Sarajevo from Armenian Pyunik, and during his career, he played in the Dutch Eredivisie, Greek Larissa, Austrian Erste Liga, Latvian Riga, and is also well-acquainted with the Premier League of BiH. Adnan will wear the Maroon jersey in his prime playing years, and the Club emphasizes its satisfaction that a footballer of his quality has arrived at Košev.
