Seven new coronavirus cases in BiH, including a minister in the RS government

(Patria) - The Institute of Public Health of Republika Srpska and the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska have confirmed the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) in seven more individuals in Republika Srpska, while one test is being repeated for quality control.

These include four middle-aged men and one younger man, as well as two middle-aged women. One person is from Prnjavor, one from Doboj, while the others are from Banja Luka. All these individuals are in home isolation and under the supervision of epidemiologists.

So far, 27 cases positive for the new coronavirus have been confirmed in Republika Srpska.

As ATV learns, one of those positive for the coronavirus is the Minister for European Integration and International Cooperation of Republika Srpska, Zlatan Klokić.

"I was informed today that I am positive for the coronavirus. I am in home isolation and feel well, without any symptoms, without a fever or cough," Klokić told ATV.

After the first case was confirmed in Mostar, where the patient was in the hospital, more than ten doctors and other staff are in isolation.
