New owners of FK Sarajevo's management rights are Nguyen Hoai Nam and PVF

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Football Club Sarajevo organized a press conference today regarding the change of the majority owner of FK Sarajevo's management rights.

Representing the FK collective were General Director Sabrina Buljubašić and Chairman of the Supervisory Board Senad Jahić.

The majority owner of Football Club Sarajevo's management rights, Vincent Tan, has decided to sell the majority stake in management rights to Vietnamese investor Nguyen Hoai Nam and PVF (Vietnam football development and investment fund).

Upon completion of the sale, Vincent Tan will retain 30 percent of the management rights, while 60 percent will belong to the new investors.

The remaining 10 percent is held by BiH investors.

Sabrina Buljubašić stated that "Nam has been here since last year and has been following the club's entire operation, and this change will not be significant.".

"Essentially, we all work collectively, and we have done many things together with the Supervisory Board, the Management Board, and the management. I don't think there will be significant changes in the management because they are very satisfied, and the club has changed a lot positively in the last year, which is visible on and off the field," said Buljubašić.

PVF is a professional, modern football academy focused on development and investment in football, collaborating globally with major football names and clubs. PVF is the largest private corporation in Vietnam. The Technical Director of PVF is a world-renowned figure in football, Philippe Omar Troussier, a former French footballer, and currently a manager and coach. During his career, he managed Japan, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, South Africa, and Burkina Faso.

One of PVF's advisors is also former Manchester United player and now successful coach Ryan Joseph Giggs.

Football Club Sarajevo will be integrated into a network of clubs that will be created later to achieve additional benefits, relating to player exchange and the utilization of resources that the Club currently possesses partially or not at all.
