New Serbian Reality Show - 'Being a Bigger Serb Than Dodik'

In the Bosnian-Herzegovinian entity of RS, candidacies for the reality show "Being a Bigger Serb Than Dodik" are currently being highlighted. 

The opposition, which has been surviving for decades by enduring defeats inflicted by Milorad Dodik, has finally managed to gather a critical mass for a change of power; in reality, it is not an opposition to Milorad Dodik. 

This opposition, no matter how much everyone desires Milorad Dodik's departure, in their statements as to why Dodik should leave, actually reveals that their plan is not to build a modern and European Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

The ultimate goal of this opposition is to gain control of the Republika Srpska entity. And we know how they acted when they were in power. 

Therefore, the opposition to Dodik relates almost exclusively to the entity. There should be no doubt that this opposition will have the same policy towards Bosnia and Herzegovina and its progress. 

Ultimately, the current opposition policy was the policy of protecting and celebrating war criminals, and Dodik, realizing that this resonated with the people, simply copied their moves. 

These days, as rarely in recent years, Serbian opposition figures have attacked Dodik from all sides. It's not that I'm defending Dodik, but those who will come might be worse than the bad Milorad. 

"Dodik is lecturing Vučić because he met with opposition politicians from RS," stated PDP's Igor Crnadak yesterday, who, as the head of BiH diplomacy, often acted against the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, just like Dodik. 

Crnadak was followed by Mladen Bosić from SNSD, who claims that Vučić is keeping an eye on Dodik. In addition to all this, Bosić claims that Slobodan Milošević was the political father of Milorad Dodik, and that Dodik betrayed him when he started cooperating with the West. 

In just one sentence, Bosić reveals what the ultimate goal of changes in the RS government and the general ousting of the leader of Serbian politics in Bosnia and Herzegovina is. 

Therefore, in the reality show "Bigger Serb Than Dodik," SDS, PDP, DNS, and their loyalists are seeking a way for them to become the executors of Belgrade's Greater Serbian policy instead of Milorad Dodik. 

SDS already has enough experience with this Greater Serbian policy, because while they accuse Dodik of being made by Milošević, they forget that Milošević was the supreme political and military commander of war criminals from RS who ravaged and burned Bosnia and Herzegovina, carrying out ethnic cleansing and genocide. 

Therefore, there is a big question mark over whether Bosnia and Herzegovina should triumphantly await Dodik's departure and the arrival of the opposition. 

Such a political reshuffle is actually a cosmetic change to the real path that Serbian politics in Bosnia and Herzegovina has been following since the 90s until today. 

Because the way the opposition defends Dodik from Vučić suggests that they, like the "baja" from Laktaši, will run to Vučić for advice every time things get tough in BiH. 

The only question is whether the Serbian people in BiH need such a policy. Because such a policy will continue the discourse of anti-Bosnian actions, driven by the same idea of creating a Greater Serbia and dividing Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

Neither Dodik's supporters nor the voters of opposition parties will benefit from this. 

Because changing a problem with a problem is not a solution. 

Therefore, Serbian politics in Bosnia and Herzegovina needs capable political capacities that will be aware that better times for the Serbian people, as well as for all others in BiH, can be built by uniting in a common vision for a modern Euro-Atlantic Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

It is inevitable that Bosnian-Serbs will one day have to have such cadres, because it is clear that the existing political elite is not leading to change. 

This political elite is stuck in the 90s and will never move away, just as Vučić will not move away from the SANU-driven Greater Serbia.
