New protest in Sarajevo: Evacuated BiH citizens from Gaza among participants

(Patria) - Another protest in support of Gaza was held in Sarajevo today, organized by the Association International Organisation for Development (IOD). Citizens gathered at Sebilj in Baščaršija, from where they headed towards the Aria shopping center (formerly BBI). A bazaar will be held there, according to the announcement, where the organizer will collect money for the people of Palestine.

Carrying banners, citizens sent messages such as "Palestine, you are not alone, Bosnia is always with you", "One does not negotiate with the killers of children and innocents, break off all contact", "Those who support genocide are the same as those who commit it", "Gaza is sobbing, Gaza is sobbing, children must no longer die", "Palestine, you are not alone, Bosnia is always with you"...

"The goal of this event is to raise awareness about the difficult humanitarian conditions faced by people in Palestine and to pay tribute to those who lost their lives fulfilling their duty," the Association stated.

Among the participants of today's protest were also evacuated BiH citizens from Gaza, at least those who left Salakovac and settled in private accommodation.
