NEW FEAT Lana Pudar qualified for the European Championship finals!

(Patria) - Talented Bosnian and Herzegovinian swimmer Lana Pudar (15) qualified for the finals in the 200-meter butterfly discipline at the European Short Course Swimming Championships in Kazan, Russia.

This morning she competed in the European Championship quarterfinals and with a time of 2:10:00 qualified for the semi-finals in her discipline. She had the sixth fastest time in the qualifications, so she entered today's second race with much optimism.

Then, this afternoon, she swam in the first semi-final race and took third place with a time of 2:07.10, which was enough to advance to the grand final. Only Denmark's Helena Bach (2:06.12) and Italy's Ilaria Bianchi (2:06.86) were ahead of her.

Let's recall, Lana Pudar recently competed at the World Cup, which was also held in Kazan, and won the first medal in the history of this competition for our country by taking bronze in the 100-meter butterfly discipline.
