New Director of "Agrokomerc" Ermin Mujić

The FBiH Government today gave the Supervisory Board of "Agrokomerc" d.d. Velika Kladuša preliminary approval for the appointment of Ermin Mujić as the director of this business company for a period of four years, reports the Patria News Agency.

Today, the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Policy has been tasked to, on behalf of the FBiH Government, carry out the entire procedure of nominating and proposing candidates for the appointment of members of the Supervisory Board of the Fund for Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities as soon as possible.

By the amended Decision, the federal Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry, Nermin Džindić, was appointed to the Commission for resolving the status issues of members of the FBiH Government and their advisors.

The Decision on the appointment of the Commission for Administrative Affairs of the FBiH Government has also been amended, and the federal Minister of Trade, Zlatan Vujanović, and the federal Minister of Environment and Tourism, Edita Đapo, have been appointed to this body.

Alen Taletović and Aida Mikulić were appointed today, on behalf of the FBiH Government, to the Commission for the interpretation and monitoring of the application of the Collective Agreement for employees of administrative bodies and judicial authorities in the Federation of BiH.

Mersiha Udovčić, Josip Nikolić, and Goran Brkić were appointed today as members of the expert working body of the FBiH Government, whose task is to prepare draft second-instance decisions for the Government from Article 6 of the Decision on the implementation of Annex "G" of the Succession Agreement in the territory of BiH, after the handover of cases by the General Secretariat.

The Federal Government made decisions on announcing a public competition on the criteria for determining the proposal of one candidate for a member of the Management Board of the Independent System Operator in BiH from FBiH, and appointed a five-member Competition Commission for the implementation of this procedure.

The same decisions were made regarding the implementation of the procedure for electing one member of the Management Board of the Independent System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina from the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Today, the conditions and criteria were also determined, and the Decision on announcing a public call for the election of members of the Supervisory Board of the Fund for Environmental Protection of the Federation of BiH was made. A Commission for the selection of candidates was appointed, consisting of Amra Đenđušišić, Mirjana Vučić, Mirsada Jahić, Mehmed Cero, and Anto Čović.

Powers of attorney for participation in the work and decision-making at the general meetings of business companies were also given to Pavo Boban (Ceste d.o.o. Mostar), Dijana Bukovac (Šipad Export - Import d.d. Sarajevo), and Samir Iskrić (RMU Banovići), it was announced from the FBiH Government.
