
(Patria) - 23 MPs are attending today's continuation of the KS Assembly session, and out of the 12 absent, only two have justified their absence.
The KS Assembly will also hold a session tomorrow where the Decision on the Confirmation of the Sarajevo Canton Government will be voted on. As of tomorrow, the Party for BiH ministers, Almir Bečarević and Emir Dedović, will no longer be in the KS Government.
Personnel from the Movement for New Generations, which has only one MP, Damir Marjanović, who is employed in the Republic of Croatia, will join the KS Government. The proposal for ZNG ministers was also supported by MP Redžo Lemezan, while the new parliamentary majority also includes MPs Admela Hodžić and Elza Gaković. Along with the Trojka parties, which have 17 MPs, the new majority with these four MPs has 21 votes.
Tomorrow's session will also be the last for SDP BiH MP Irfan Čengić, who was elected Mayor of the Old Town Municipality. Čengić confirmed to Patria that he will attend tomorrow's session, and after taking over the mandate of Mayor, he will resign from his mandate as MP. Otherwise, his mandate as Mayor begins from the moment of publication in the Official Gazette, which is expected by Friday.
The Prime Minister of the KS Government remains Nihad Uk, and there has been a change of four ministers. Thus, in the new Government, Bojan Bošnjak from Our Party will take over the function of Minister of Communal Affairs, Adna Mesihović (ZNG) will lead the Ministry of Higher Education, Afan Kalamujić (ZNG) will head the Ministry of Finance, and Enis Hasanović (SDP BiH) will be the Minister of Health.
