New robberies in Sarajevo: Wallet stolen, shops robbed...

Several robberies were committed in Sarajevo in the past 24 hours, reports the Patria News Agency.

Thus, half an hour after midnight on November 7, DŽ. K. from Sarajevo came to the police and reported that on the same day around midnight in Maršala Tita street, he was robbed by three unknown persons, using physical force and threatening him with a bat.

During the robbery, a wallet containing a certain amount of money and personal documents was stolen from the victim. Police officers are working to shed light on the mentioned event, identify and find the perpetrators – according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton.

Police officers of the First Police Administration, PS Stari Grad, deprived K.Z., born in 1982, and J.A., born in 1993, from Sarajevo, of their liberty due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed robberies in the past.

- The duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo was informed about the above, and the persons deprived of their liberty were released from the official premises after the criminal investigation was carried out – state the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton.

Furthermore, members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton recorded a new robbery in the Rašmer store at Ruđera Boškovića street 62.

An unknown person threatened the employee with a knife and took an unknown amount of money.

Last night, the Bingo store at Dr. Silve Rizvanbegović street 32 (Ilidža municipality area) was also robbed at gunpoint.

Police are working to shed light on these cases, and the duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office Sarajevo has also been informed, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton.
