Božidarka Dugonjić is the new President of the Supreme Court of FBiH

(Patria) - The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) made a decision on the appointment of judicial office holders in Bosnia and Herzegovina during the second day of its session, held on October 15 and 16, 2025, in Sarajevo.

At the level of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the following were appointed:

• Božidarka Dugonjić, to the position of President of the Supreme Court of FBiH;

• Dino Aličić, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Zenica;

• Dalila Berberović, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Zenica;

• Sonsirej Radivojević, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Zenica;

• Elma Čelebić, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Zenica;

• Emina Muhamedagić, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Zenica;

• Pamela Nikić, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Zenica;

• Amer Krđalić, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Zenica;

• Dženita Sivac, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Zenica;

• Nada Stevanović, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Zenica;

• Mirsada Alibašić, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Zenica;

• Amira Selimović Malješević, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Tuzla;

• Amra Islamović, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Tuzla;

• Nemanja Jović, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Tuzla;

• Rada Đurić, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Tuzla;

• Ivana Saletović, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Tuzla;

• Una Pelak, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Mostar;

• Boris Galić, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Mostar;

• Ivica Kalinić, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Mostar;

• Tanja Tutorić, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Mostar;

• Enver Hodžić, to the position of Judge at the Municipal Court in Sarajevo.

At the level of Republika Srpska, the following were appointed:

• Azra Slomić, to the position of Judge at the District Commercial Court in Bijeljina;

• Jovana Cvijetinović, to the position of Judge at the District Commercial Court in Bijeljina.

When making the Decision on Appointment, the HJPC BiH took into account criteria such as: professional knowledge, work experience and work results; professional abilities based on past career achievements; ability to perform duties impartially, conscientiously, diligently, decisively and responsibly within the scope of the function for which they are applying; relationships with colleagues, behavior outside of work, professional impartiality and reputation, as well as management experience.

When appointing, the HJPC BiH applies the relevant constitutional provisions governing the equal rights and representation of constituent peoples and others, and respects the balanced representation of genders.
