New personnel decisions of the FBiH Government for Gender Centre, Terminals, Pretis, UNIS GINEX...

(Patria) - The Government of the Federation of BiH made a Decision at today's session appointing Samir Numanović as the Director of the Gender Centre of the Federation of BiH.

A Decision was also made appointing acting members of the Management Board of the Operator for Renewable Energy Sources and Efficient Cogeneration until the completion of the appointment procedure for a mandate, for a maximum period of three months, namely Goran Valko.

Previously, a Decision was made on the termination of the mandate of the Director of the Operator for Renewable Energy Sources and Efficient Cogeneration.

Previous consent was given to the Supervisory Board of the Business Company Pretis d.d. Vogošća for making a decision on appointing acting members of the Management Board of this business company until the completion of the tender procedure, for a maximum period of twelve months, namely Fuad Šehić as acting Director, Senad Turbe as acting Executive Director for Technical Affairs, Ardita Buljubašić as acting Executive Director for Commercial and Financial Affairs, and Rijad Vrabac as acting Executive Director for Security, Project Development, and Investments.

Before that, a Decision was made on giving previous consent to the Supervisory Board of the Business Company Pretis d.d. Vogošća for making a Decision on dismissing acting members of the Management Board of this business company.

Previous consent was given to the Assembly of the Business Company Operator - Terminals of the Federation d.o.o. Sarajevo for appointing acting members of the Supervisory Board of this business company on behalf of state capital, until the completion of the tender procedure, for a maximum period of three months, namely Edvin Granić, Latif Bećarević, and Davor Bošnjak.

Before that, previous consent was given to the Assembly of the Business Company Operator - Terminals of the Federation d.o.o. Sarajevo for dismissing acting members of the Supervisory Board of this business company on behalf of state capital, due to the expiry of their appointed mandate.

The Government also gave previous consent to the Supervisory Board of the Business Company UNIS GINEX d.d. Goražde for making a Decision on appointing Admin Pešteka as acting member of the Management Board of the business company, Executive Director for Economics, Marketing, and Commercial Affairs, until the completion of the tender procedure, for a maximum period of twelve months.

Before that, previous consent was given to the Supervisory Board of the Business Company UNIS GINEX d.d. Goražde for making a decision on dismissing the current member of the Management Board, Executive Director for Economics, Marketing, and Commercial Affairs.

For participation in the work and decision-making at the upcoming assemblies of business companies, the following were authorized today: Adnan Mahmutović (UNIS GINEX d.d. Goražde) and Sanjin Dugalić (Feroelektro d.d. Sarajevo).
