New personnel decisions of the FBiH Government: Novalić's advisors in multiple positions

The FBiH Government today granted powers for participation in the work and decision-making at the assemblies of business entities to Jakub Mušinbegović (BNT Tvornica mašina i hidraulike d.d. Novi Travnik), Denijel Pelidija (Operator Terminali Federacije) and Emina Selman (Fabrika duhana Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo), reports the BiH news agency Patria.

Pelidija is also an advisor to Prime Minister Fadil Novalić.

The Government gave prior consent to the Supervisory Board of Union banka d.d. Sarajevo for the appointment of Begić Leon as Executive Director for Operations in this bank d.d. Sarajevo, until the expiry of the Management Board's mandate, i.e., until March 31, 2019.

Amra Đendušić (president), Mario Glibić, Denijel Pelidija, Mirjana Vučić and Mirsada Jahić (members) were appointed today to the Commission for the procedure of electing the Director of the Federal Employment Bureau. Đendušić is also one of Novalić's advisors.

By a Decision amended today, Fahrudin Bečirović was appointed president, and Damir Češkić was appointed member of the Police Committee for police officers of FBiH.

Suvad Osmanagić, Inda Ažman, Drago Vrbić, Amra Đenušić and Aida Skoko were appointed today to the Working Group for the analysis of disputed issues of inter-company relations and open issues related to the fulfillment of contractual obligations of the parties from the Capitalization Agreement of "Energopetrol" d.d. Sarajevo. Osmanagić is also another advisor to the federal prime minister, and they know each other from before when Osmanagić was the director of Unis Group, with which Novalić closely cooperated through the company Cimos.

The FBiH Government made decisions on announcing a public competition for the election and appointment of the Management Board of the Financial-Information Agency, and on prescribing general and specific criteria that persons must meet for election and appointment to these positions. The text of the public competition was determined and the competition commission was appointed.
