New personnel decisions of the Federal Government

(Patria) - The FBiH Government, at today's session in Sarajevo, gave preliminary approval for the appointment of members of the Supervisory Board of Joint Stock Company BH Telecom Sarajevo on behalf of state capital, for a period of up to four years, consisting of Sedad Avdić, Samir Čorbo, Ela Halilhodžić, Alma Ustavdić, Faruk Hadžić, Zoran Marijanović and Hasan Hasić.

Prior to that, preliminary approval was given for the dismissal of acting members of the Supervisory Board of this joint stock company, due to the completion of the tender procedure.

Preliminary approval was also given to the Supervisory Board of Public Company Autoceste Federacije BiH d.o.o. Mostar for making a decision on the appointment of acting members of the Management Board of the Company until the completion of the tender procedure, and for a maximum of six months, consisting of Denis Lasić as acting director, Kristijan Milas as acting executive director for economic and financial affairs, Asmir Dževlan as acting executive director for design and construction, Mirko Rogić as acting executive director for management and maintenance, Mirnesa Agić as acting executive director for general, personnel and legal affairs.

Prior to that, preliminary approval was given to the Supervisory Board of this public company for making a decision on the dismissal of acting members of the Management Board, due to the expiry of their mandate.

Preliminary approval was also given to the Assembly of Business Company JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. - Sarajevo for the appointment of Amel Kosovac, Vedran Kaser, Milenko Obad, Edin Hamzić, Damir Kurjaković and Eldar Aganović as acting members of the Supervisory Board of this business company, on behalf of state capital until the completion of the tender procedure, and for a maximum of three months.

Prior to that, preliminary approval was given to the Assembly of this business company for the dismissal of acting members of the Supervisory Board on behalf of state capital, due to the expiry of the period for which they were appointed.

The Government of the Federation gave preliminary approval to the Supervisory Board of Business Company JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. - Sarajevo for making a Decision on the appointment of members of the Management Board of this business company, for a mandate period of four years, namely Sanel Buljubašić as general director, Fahrudin Tanović as executive director for production, Amra Ohranović as executive director for legal affairs and human resources, Harun Gadžo as executive director for capital investments, Edisej Sjerotanović as executive director for distribution, Nevad Ikanović as executive director for supply and trade, and Sanela Jurišić as executive director for economic affairs.

Today, a Decision was also made on the temporary appointment of the Management Board of the Foundation for Sport, consisting of Adnan Džindo as president, and Damir Šapina and Jasenko Elezović as members.

The temporary Management Board is appointed for a period of up to three months, or until the completion of the tender procedure for the election and appointment of the president and members of the Management Board of the Foundation for Sport in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Ministerial, Governmental and Other Appointments of FBiH.

Jadranko Puljić was authorized today to participate in the work and decision-making at the upcoming Assembly of Business Company JP Autoceste Federacije BiH d.o.o. Mostar.
