M.M. from Norway reported to the PS Centar that he was robbed on Thursday evening around 11 p.m. in Veliki Park, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.
Two unknown persons, using physical force and threatening with an unknown object, stole a backpack containing two mobile phones and money.
The duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo was informed. Police officers are working on shedding light on the incident, identifying and finding the perpetrators.
Incidentally, robberies of tourists are common in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with numerous examples of thefts at popular tourist locations such as Žuta and Bijela tabija, Vidikovac-Zmajevac, Trebević...
