German Ambassador Visits Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH

Director of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH, Mirsad Vilić, and his deputy Mile Jurić, received the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, Christian Hellbach, for a working visit today, reports the Patria News Agency.

Vilić informed the guest about the legal responsibilities of the Directorate and the activities carried out. He particularly emphasized the activities undertaken to strengthen the Directorate's capacities, primarily the organization and conduct of numerous training sessions for police officers, and the implementation of international police cooperation, which is being successfully carried out through the Directorate.

Ambassador Hellbach thanked for the professionalism in the cooperation so far and expressed respect for the police officers who professionally perform the duties of securing the facilities of the Embassy and the residence of the Federal Republic of Germany.

He also gave full support to the future planned activities of the Directorate as well as the efforts invested in achieving its role in the complex security system of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was announced from the Directorate.
