Nothing from Željka Cvijanović's initiative: Zlatko Lagumdžija remains BiH Ambassador to the UN

(Patria) - BiH Presidency member Željka Cvijanović voted for the dismissal of the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Nations Zlatko Lagumdžija at today's session of the collective head of state.

However, her initiative was expectedly unsuccessful because Denis Bećirović and Željko Komšić were against it.

Cvijanović submitted the initiative to dismiss Lagumdžija based on the conclusions of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska.

She also filed a criminal complaint against him "for abuse of official position, attack on the constitutional order, and everything that Lagumdžija has violated".

The item on the dismissal of the permanent representative of BiH to the UN and other international organizations in Geneva, Bojan Vujić, was removed from the agenda of today's session, although his resignation was previously requested.
