Democratic Front candidates – Željko Komšić for all levels of legislative authority in Bosnia and Herzegovina yesterday presented themselves to the citizens of the municipalities of Žepče and Zavidovići, Patria reports, citing a DF statement.

Samir Lemeš, candidate for the Assembly of Zenica-Doboj Canton, touched upon the current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina. "I do not like at all that most of my students want to flee this country. They do not see a future and perspective in such a BiH, where jobs are reserved exclusively for the suitable and obedient," said Lemeš.

The president of the KO Zenica-Doboj Canton and candidate for the House of Representatives of the Federation of BiH, Alma Kratina, said that we have a common obligation to show our children that it can be better, but also to show them the way to achieve it.

"On this path, we must loudly say no to crime, corruption, lawlessness, human rights violations, destruction of human dignity, everything that stands in the way of a better tomorrow for us and our homeland. Let's be a team and return to the path that leads to areas of work and responsibility," Kratina noted.

Candidate for the state Parliament, Mensura Beganović, said that we have missed many opportunities and that we no longer have the right to make mistakes.

"We must not make mistakes for the sake of our children's future. We must leave them a better BiH than the one we have now and live in, which is why you should choose new people who are ready to make this country better," Beganović emphasized.

Enaz Tokalić, president of the OO Democratic Front – Željko Komšić Žepče, said that the fighters of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina did not fight for a society of the humiliated, oppressed, and poor. Tokalić called on all members and sympathizers to go to the polls and vote for the candidates of the Democratic Front – Željko Komšić. "Only by going to the polls is it possible to change the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina," he said.

Emir Suljagić, candidate of the Democratic Front – Željko Komšić for the BiH Presidency from the Bosniak people, also addressed the attendees, stating that "the parties in power and their leaders are united in BH Telecom, and united in Elektroprivreda. The people of this country are united in misery and poverty, and we from the Democratic Front – Željko Komšić will unite this people in work".

"We are a party of ordinary people and we think that the situation must change, but not overnight, those are not realistic expectations. It is time to stop declining, we need to start working for the benefit of all of us and our country, and things simply must change for the better." Komšić said.

Željko Komšić, president of the Democratic Front and candidate for the state Parliament, also said that "it is not a victory if we win the elections, but if we win the elections and do better for our country, for our people."
