Nikšić, Konaković and Forto once again 'bowed their heads', forming a fatal 'Pentagon' for BiH with Dodik and Čović

(Patria) - A new parade for the public and a new humiliation of Bosniak representatives in power. After the latest wave of Milorad Dodik's rampage, which dealt the biggest blow to the Constitution and the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina since the aggression, and which Dragan Čović followed with blackmail and pressure, at today's meeting, the leaders of the Trojka (Trio), Nermin Nikšić, Elmedin Konaković, and Edin Forto, once again obediently bowed their heads before them and "agreed to disagree", stated the president of NES, Nermin Ogrešević.

"There is no longer any doubt that the so-called Trojka has now been expanded. Nikšić, Konaković, and Forto have agreed to form a 'Pentagon' with Dodik and Čović that is fatal for Bosnia and Herzegovina.

When we (NES and SBiH) warned the leaders of SDP, NiP, and Our Party more than half a year ago that Dodik had not changed, that he would respond to concessions with even stronger attacks on the state, and that we should try to form a government with the opposition in RS, they did not listen to us. The hunger for power was stronger. They agreed to everything Dodik and Čović demanded then, just so the three of them – Nikšić, Konaković, and Forto – could take the chosen seats.

Today they are doing the same thing. They bow their heads before Dodik, overlook the coup d'état, the undermining of the BiH Constitution, and blackmail, just to keep those seats. That is, Dodik and Čović are satisfied, Dino, Neka, and Forto are in their seats. The state of Bosnia and Herzegovina and its citizens are at a loss!

None of this would be possible if they did not have the support of parts of the international community, primarily the most responsible OHR and Christian Schmidt, who since the beginning of his mandate has behaved as a High Representative tasked with disciplining Bosniaks, and fulfilling the wishes of HDZ and Čović, and even Dodik and SNSD. Because, how else to explain the OHR's "reaction" to Dodik's attack on the BiH Constitution? To Dodik's direct undermining of the state, Schmidt responds with an empty statement, and even some kind of offers.

All of this indicates that true pro-Bosnian forces can only rely on themselves. We are for talks with everyone who wants a whole, modernly organized Bosnia and Herzegovina in the European Union and NATO. We are also for concessions if it will bring progress on that path. But we will never support making concessions to those who are destroying this country.

We defended Bosnia and Herzegovina during the aggression in the nineties of the last century. If necessary, we will defend it again. Every inch of it!", Ogrešević stated.
