Nikšić and Cengiz: Decades of Cooperation and Trust are the Foundation of Our Relations

(Patria) - Federal Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić received a delegation of the Turkish company Cengiz insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. today at the seat of the FBiH Government in Sarajevo, led by Board Member Asim Cengiz.

On this occasion, gratitude was expressed for the contribution to the reconstruction of the railway line in Donja Jablanica.

Nikšić stated that the approach of the Cengiz company, including their references, professionalism, and responsibility, was crucial for resolving problems on the railway infrastructure caused by floods and landslides in October last year.

- Our cooperation has been based on trust and understanding from day one - said Nikšić.

At the meeting, Cengiz expressed satisfaction with the Prime Minister's invitation to today's meeting, as well as that this Turkish company had the opportunity to provide support to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- I thank you for giving us the opportunity to be part of this project and contribute to the recovery. We are proud to be able to help, especially in difficult times, because we are a socially responsible company, although we rarely emphasize it - Cengiz pointed out.

He also added that this company has been present in our country since 2012, when Prime Minister Nikšić was in his first term.

- Our company came to Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2012, when you, as Prime Minister, placed your trust in us. Your courage to believe in our company was key to our further work here. We never forget that trust - Cengiz conveyed.

Nikšić recalled that during his first prime ministerial term, the door was opened for the Cengiz company to build a section of the highway through the Federation of BiH, precisely because of the credibility and experience of this firm.

At the meeting, a joint commitment was expressed to strengthen cooperation, with the aim of further development and improvement of infrastructure in our country.
