(Patria) - Delegate in the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament Dženan Đonlagić (DF) believes that only a dirt road and the positions of the coalition remain of Bosnia and Herzegovina's European path, which at the state level consists of the Troika - HDZ BiH and SNSD.
- The SNSD of Milorad Dodik and the HDZ BiH of Dragan Čović, as a strategic coalition - which is not new to many of us except the Troika - will maintain this situation until the next elections, Đonlagić assesses in a statement to the Patria News Agency (NAP).
He notes that the Troika has never requested the dismissal of HDZ cadres, who are blocking the quorum and paralyzing the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament, just like the SNSD.
Đonlagić: Only a dirt road and their positions remain of the European path
Đonlagić emphasizes that the Troika has been silent for days about the HDZ blocking the House of Peoples, and on their proposal for the Election Law.
- Nikola (Špirić) and Dragan (Čović) hold the Troika as a political orphan, Đonlagić is of the opinion.
He adds that the Troika no longer has any say, because the SNSD and HDZ have not considered the vote of the Collegium member from its ranks in the House of Peoples (Kemal Ademović) to exist for some time.
- The situation remains chaotic, but the positions of the Troika, the HDZ, and the SNSD are cemented, Đonlagić concludes.
Đonlagić is, incidentally, one of the eight delegates who submitted an initiative to convene the 17th emergency session of the House of Peoples, which the Speaker of that House, Nikola Špirić, scheduled for July 17, starting at 2:00 PM.
In addition to Đonlagić, delegates Kemal Ademović, Šefik Džaferović, Safet Softić, Džemal Smajić, Zlatko Miletić, Nenad Vuković, and Želimir Nešković also requested the session be convened.
If the session is not interrupted again due to a lack of quorum, as is the usual practice, it should discuss, among other things, the dismissal of SNSD cadres - Nikola Špirić from the Collegium of the House of Peoples, and Staša Košarac and Srđan Amidžić from the Council of Ministers of BiH.
It is interesting to note that Špirić has also scheduled the continuation of the 16th regular session, interrupted on May 29 - due to a lack of quorum - for the same day, July 17, starting at 11:00 AM.
