No Statement on Revision, Letters Are Only Formal Notification to Members of the BiH Presidency

As Patria learns, the letters sent from the International Court of Justice to the members of the BiH Presidency contain no request for a statement or alleged voting by the Presidency members on accepting or rejecting the request for revision.

At the moment of submission, the application became a legal matter of the Court, and there is no need for any politicization or internal blackmail and threats.

In the letters, the Presidency members are only formally informed that the final decision on the application will be made by the International Court of Justice. The Registrar of the Court has no authority to do anything regarding this matter.

The way the work of the ICJ is treated here is absolutely politicized, which has already been noticed in international law institutions and diplomatic circles both in the country and outside Bosnia and Herzegovina.
