Nihad Imamović is the new owner of Agrokomerc!

Sarajevo businessman Nihad Imamović is the new owner of Agrokomerc! His company "Ein Natural" bought the Food Industry, the heart of the former giant from Velika Kladuša for 12 million KM, at an oral public auction held on Friday before the Municipal Court in Velika Kladuša, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

Besides Imamović, the Sarajevo company "Silsila", which offered 5.2 million KM, the Development Bank of FBiH, which offered 2.2 million KM, and several other companies that offered lower amounts were also interested in Agrokomerc.

In Velika Kladuša, they welcome Imamović's new business move. They expect new investments, more jobs, and believe in the revival of the former food giant.

Imamović's business career is extremely successful. Together with Nijaz Hastor, he built the ASA Holding company. After retiring in 2011, with his company Ein Natural, which produces juices with the simple name "Sok", he conquered the BiH market in a short time.

His political connections are also not negligible. It is no secret that the current Prime Minister of FBiH, Fadil Novalić, appointed to this position at the beginning of last year, was precisely proposed by Nihad Imamović.

Meat Industry

Sabahudin Kantarević, a representative of Agrokomerc shareholders, contacted the NAP editorial office, stating that only the meat industry was sold at half price in Agrokomerc, not the entire food industry.
