Nihad Čolpa asks: Who decided that citizens have no right to survive the pandemic?

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - It has been exactly two months since I appealed to numerous, apparently uninterested and incompetent officials to procure vaccines. At that time, I announced that we were becoming a Covid-19 ghetto in Europe. My announcement, unfortunately, is today the reality we live in, Nihad Čolpa wrote today on social networks. 

Two months later, we have no vaccines, we do not know when they will arrive, or in what quantities, while on a daily basis we have dozens of dead and hundreds of newly infected.

The anger of citizens, who are called upon to be patient and behave responsibly, is completely understandable and justified, while at the same time, from domestic officials we have a mini race to insult the intelligence of the people with nebulous statements, denial and shifting of responsibility from one to another.

We have irretrievably lost time, and the question of all questions is still there. Who decided that the citizens of BiH have no right to survive the pandemic?
